gl 112@ 9:08 am. Bp 110/67 pulse 67. Up 4 lbs. constipated 6 days. Off diet last night 4 muffins. Paying for it. Going to figure out a workout routine and implement it. I actually feel like I want to work out, not like in the past where it was like , I should workout tomorrow. I feel like my body wants or needs it, first time I have felt like that in a long time.
