Lost 3 pounds but I have to admit...I really cheated a couple of days and am doing so today. Didn't hit my goal of 5 pounds but now, after seeing how much I cheated, I know I can hit that goal having a PERFECT WEEK. I had a perfect 5 days last week. Maybe having a perfect 6 days is more realistic and will get me close to 4 pounds lost per week? That would put me around 210 by the end of June. What do you think?

Have a good Memorial day and don't forget...
Have fun doing the traditional celebrations but remember today is not all about BBQ's. Remember the brave men in the military, both living an those who gave their lives. I miss you Dad (101st Airborne).
225.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since you did 5 perfect days I think the next goal of 6 days is great. I take one day a week off myself because we need it. You are doing great, keep up the great work!

Just be careful not to go too fast and "hit the wall".
