One pound is always good. Have seen human fat skimmed off while surgery was performed and thrown away to get it out of the way. Fluffy, slimy, more like whipped Crisco a pound takes up quite a bit of space. Some of course is denser. Slithers and gets in the surgeons way of seeing. Surgeons used to joke that the patient would like weighing a little less.

You know...the thought of slithery, whipped Crisco inside me makes me very disgusted that I've allowed that to be me! I am determined to prove to myself (and God) that I can be a good steward over this amazing machine that He's given me! Whipped fat...GROSS to the max! Thanks for the visual WholeFoodNut, definitely keeping me motivated! :)

Long time ago I monitored spinal surgery. On overweight patients a few of the docs required a bucket to throw fat into that got in their way. It would either be auctioned off or just scooped out of the person in handfuls by the surgery tech. Defiantly gross. It would simply get in their way.

So did the surgery get the person free lipo? I wonder why nothing was pulled during my c-sections...or maybe it was and I replaced it. AWWWWWWGGGGG!!

Yup free lipo... surgeons used to joke about it...

Yes any loss is a good loss and visuals are really powerful at times. I look at the picture and Look at my weight loss since January and go whoa! If that's one pound, what does this of these look like?!?!?! Now that's some motivation considering what LuC2 said.
