I was sick all weekend so I ate saltines and chicken broth, and drank gingerale... most definitely not low-carb. I feel like I'm retaining water from all the sodium, but I feel better today and I'm back on track with the diet. I'll get to the exercise tomorrow. Ü
198.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
