Well the weekend was a wash... literally. It rained so hard I wasn't able to do much outside, but I did manage to mow the front yard with the self-propelled mower, (I know, I know, but at least I have to walk behind it and keep up with it! Ü), before it started raining.

On the plus side I did get a chance to try out my new food dehydrator on some Kale and it makes wonderful Kale Chips. Next time I'll let it go a few minutes more because I like them really crunchy, but I like that it's minutes instead of seconds between just right and browned and yucky.

On the exercise front, nada this weekend. I had some seafood on Fri night that must have been bad so I spent all day Saturday eating crackers and drinking gingerale, which threw me out of Ketosis, plus I didn't feel like even getting off the couch so finally this morning I'm starting to feel normal again and hopefully tomorrow I'll get back to the exercise.

Baby steps right? Ü
