Take heart! There's always tomorrow! You can do this!

Speaking of heart, I just found out from a friend that Earl Grey tea lowers cholesterol! If I have it, I drink it at breakfast. It lowers LDL and raises HDL. WooHoo!
178.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
