I have been avoiding eating out as much as possible, it is just easier to keep track of food logging when I make it myself. Plus I'm not great in the face of fried temptations yet. And cheesecake, my heart longs for thee.

But, I went to applebee's the other night and was pleased to find they have "skinny" cocktails now. So I got the skinny bee mojito, and it was really good, and only 90 cals. The 500 calorie chipotle lime chicken was slightly less than desirable. Oh, well you can't win them all.

When I started I was losing 3 pounds a week, but now I'm barely getting 2, that sucks. But I DO feel like maybe I am gaining a bit o muscle...though still protected under a nice layer of fat, I think I can actually feel that I have abdominal muscles now-shocker!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I loath guessing at what's in food for my tracker! Way easier to cook at home!!! Or pick a restaurant (like you did) that gives the nutrition information. Sadly, that means all my local favorites are on hold, or on a reduced visit schedule.lol

hhmm you are the first person to say that, but i will take it as a compliment, thanks. although there aren't any guys that look like the ones from twilight chasing after me, lol. i know what you mean radiochick. we have an awesome little mexican place, but i have no idea how to even start to calculate the calories. so looks like i'll have to stick to chain restaurants for now, boo.
