Doing what it takes to lose weight: Eat right and MOVE IT, Move It, move it. :)
181.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely! And if you get too tired, just make it softer but the important is to continue, no matter how light you're doing it. :)
