Nice one! I have gout but I still walk min 8000 steps a day... and I compensate my lack of activity with lowered food intake - just un-sugared tea or coffee and on single hi-protein meal: kippers x 3 and a boiled egg.

I cant believe its been (at least) four days wihtout smoking a cigarette or drinking liquor.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
