well, back up a few. not a big deal, though. still increasing muscle mass faster than i'm burning off weight. blood sugar tests have been pretty close to perfect for me. i'm noticeably slimmer (bought an XL shirt friday & it fits great) and have better muscle tone, also much better cardio condition with improved endurance. plus, i'm feeling great!
221.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
