Monday - new day, new week - have some ground to make up! Yesterday was better - fasted a bit due to Saturday's binge - still not feeling quite right.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YES it is Monday and a new week and YES we WILL DO IT!!..You guys give me the support that my friends and family dont give me..We have our own "family" here!
