Good workout day - and I got through a lot of paperwork. Did abs and shred. Took daughter to park to run a mile for online phys ed class. Then I walked at baseball and soccer. Total of about 2 hours walking. Can feel it in my feet. Need another good paper work day to catch up some more. Goal for today is to be in a good mood. Keep it simple, right?
