Back up again--LOL. Guess I'm at one of my plateau's where I go up, down, up, down, but stay around the one number.
195.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Stuck at a plateau. Try changing things up. Eat something totally different or try a new type of exercise. To adapt you body may snap out of your plateau.

Yes, changing things up is a good idea. Hang in there, your body is adjusting to your new eating habits, but will do so if you give it time. xoxox

Yes, we are all familiar with those. Just hang in there and practice patience. You will come out on top!
