well done! Once you've lost quite a bit already it's harder to get those bigger losses like you have, so good work!

Thanks. 75.8 pounds to go. I wish I could "see" the loss, but I can't. When you're this big, that amount of weight loss doesn't show. I figure by June/July, I should start to "see" a difference.

Birds actually eat a lot--LOL. I have to admit...I'm not eating much and I know it's not healthy. I'm trying to trick my body. I don't expect to lose anything tomorrow, but hope I do!
