TGIF !!! No workouts yesterday :( - But the good news is I started spring cleaning! Got 3 rooms in the house done and decluttered - have 10 bags for good will and over 20 for the garbage. Both sons camping this weekend so 2 out of 3 kids will be gone and I will be able to work on the house some more.
I'm so glad it's the weekend - hoping to get back into exercise routine and spur a weight loss!! Wishing you all a happy healthy weekend.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
