Two days with little exercise and gained 1.5 pounds back.
Will try to go for a walk today and maybe swim if I can fit it into work sched.
Need to find my happy place. I feel so unmotivated suddenly - hope this passes soon.

This too shall pass. I felt like that last week which resulted in no working out for 6 days and poor eating, then getting what I thought was food poisoning. Just keep pushing yourself and it will come back.

I am sorry to hear about your loss but it will be okay. Keep up your hard work it will pay off big! Also, what about your water? Swimming sounds like so much fun!
