Didn't get much exercise in yesterday - son came home sick from school - went to get oil changed and found out that I need 4 new tires (my car is only 2 years old...) I drive a lot but seriously? Stayed good on diet but I know with me that's not enough. Yet another dr appt today - yuck.
Was in a terrible mood yesterday - goal today to get in exercise and be happier.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always hate when the boys are sick or we are going to the Dr. Its a double edged sword. If I start to sympathize too much with them then their not feeling well rubs off on me but if I go too far with the realization that that I feel fine then I feel guilty about feeling well while they are sick. Can't win this one. Let us know how today's goal went.

You are a featured member! I hope you get in your wanted time with exercise, and that you are happier. Those days when you are in the dumps are never good, I hate that feeling. Did you know that you have lost 5 lbs?! Good for you.
