I have stayed close to my low carb... nothing what I call Reg foods.. and i still picked up about 10 pounds at thanksgiving and it is still hangin' on.
but i am eating low carb........
136.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

The great thing about low carb is you lose weight quickly. The sucky thing is that you can regain it just as easily. But if you take in more than you burn off (no matter what diet), you may gain. So just get back to it and it will come off.

Oh yes Suzie.. I know this ole body well.... we are holding on and i just keep on keepin' on..........AS I DO KNOW THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT EVER WORKED FOR ME................200#s off with bypass........slipped up 17 over the next 10 yrs.. and when them jeans did not zip...........OH NO...I WILL NOT GOT THERE AGAIN.. so low carb totally for me..and I love it... and i weigh and record every single AM.. I do not get upset... I just know from that if I have to look back and make any changes.......but I do not let it upset me when I know......i am doing it right....... blessing to you my dear... and for me........IF IT'S WHITE IT AINT RIGHT AND...............I JUST KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON......and that is what does it for me........I am starting down this am.. it will be slow but it will go... this i know for a fact... thanks for the come back... have a good one..

i forgot to say... i took off that 17#s... and 40 more... now it was not fast.. but it come off..........i am smaller than i have ever been in my life and it is hard for me to even believe............
