Boy I am a jabber jaws today. The scale is finally headed in the right direction. Down. To 230. I'm so excited that after my Thanksgiving mistake I'm headed back in the right direction. I cannot wait for the end of the year to see where I am at. Everyone have a great day!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
