Adding the calories up for s full week! I have increased the amount every day
monday 400 jump start and shrink my stomach !(a bit low I know

wednesady 1000ish
thursday 1200ish
friday 1400ish
sat ?? mmm
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
