Early morning soccer game - 8 am - kids had friends sleep over - gonna be no fun waking them up this morning - have tickets for Dame Edna show this afternoon. Hoping to get shred workout in before we go to show - I skipped yesterday after 10 days straight - don't want to miss 2 days in a row!
Kids made burgers last night when we got home from game - still got abdominal pain - cat scan tomorrow so hopefully that will clear this up.
I read so many posts on hear about people with health issues (me one of them) Do you suppose that we are all working harder on this because we aren't well? Or are we all not well because we are making radical changes in our lifestyles? Hmmmmmmmm......
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yeah, I missed the shred 2 days in a row... and it felt like day one all over again! Good luck getting the shred in today.
