Oh boy - went to a Red Sox spring training game - was so good and then my son bought me some twizzlers at the snack bar (a weakness of mine) I ate them - 420 calories and 9 points ! UGH!!! I'm so mad - what a waste of points!!!! There was a rain delay so we ended up being at the ball park for 5 hours and I gave in to temptation - once the bag was open it was all over for me - boo hoo.
No shred today - abdominal pain again today - left side - may be kidney stones - ct scan on Monday.
Never ending nightmare.
