I am down another pound, weighing in less often is working for me (once every couple of weeks instead of daily), as I can see the weight loss and am not disapointed by the daily fluctuations. Increasing my exercise is helping too. It is hard to be an "active" person, it is definatly an adjustment for me. Shia34 I am with you, let's do this, we can get out of the 230's!
