Last night had severe abdominal pain - probably onset of diverticulitus :(
Going on liquids today just in case which means I'm going to be hungry and grumpy!
Have a little league game - then hoping if I feel better to do a little exercise?? if ibuprofen
kicks in okay - every time I start to get into the rhythm of this something happens to
sabotage me!!

Chicken broth, tea and water - I did my exercises - starving - going to try some jello. Not as bad as
last night but still sore.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
