Still grossly fat. However, I did really well all week. I did blow it on the weekend when we went to the Cheesecake Factory for Chad's wedding dinner though. No problem. The fun of the party was worth it.
249.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 99.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
