My weight dropped a little bit further. I need to focus on not gaining it back as I seem to yoyo at this weight. This may be a 2 month plateau break through, but I am not sure. I have been about 244, 245 over the last 2 months. I hope this is the break through I need.
237.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope so too! I'm at 237.8 today and I tend to not stay in the 230s long, I gain it back. So, I'm sending you good vibes to get through it!

You are more than half way to your goal. That is awesome! You can break through plateaus if you put your mind to it. Take walks, exercise a little more, kick it up a notch! :)
