I have been out of the loop for about a week due to a kidney infection that caused me to be bed ridden for about 3-4 days. I am going to exercise tomorrow mornging for the 1st time in about 2 weeks (since I got sick). I think I can handle it but I need to take it easy as I am not 100% recovered. There is still somthing not right with my balance and head movements. So I will go slow tomorrow to see how I do. I can't wait to back back to my normal eating and exercising routine!
239.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope you're doing ok. That sounds a little like vertigo. I get that from time to time. But anyway, feel better and yesterday was my first day back in the gym since April and I killed it...lol...So, take it easy and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
