On Wednesday I was exhausted and took it easy no exercise for Wednesday. However I kept on track with my eating and kept my calorie deficit in place. Yesterday, went to ju-jitsu and had a 700 calorie deficit. I got a pedometer yesterday, the instruction booklet says an "active" person takes 10,000 steps a day. I honestly do not know how many steps I take each day, so I will test it out today and see if I can get a baseline.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
