In morning, first 1.25 liter water and after 20-30 minutes, only one apple, which surprisingly suppressed the appetite for a long time. For last 2-3 days im living only on grilled chicken meat in small quantities with reasonable water. No Exercise started yet. im feeling my waistline and tummy is shrinking. The first day was real bad, becoz i was having a headache, but now its gone and im feeling very active and light. i think tomorrow it will be much easier to play squash. From tomorrow, i will start going to gym regularly, preferably, right after the office. I will also try to jog. Lets see how much i can adhere to my plans.
Im regretting The carelessness in today's evening when some friends came over and we went out and had dinner. However im happy, i was able to control my overeating habits.
