Don't know what set me off last night but i just wanted to eat ALL night. I ended up having seconds on cabbage soup, ate an extra cranberry bar and I was really fighting cravings (peanutbutter & bread, chips, a sandwich) until at @ 5:30 am...So, I ate 5 pieces of high fat bacon, and that did it...no more crazy cravings. I was still in ketosis, but I'm wondering if cabbage is a trigger. I will find out because I am having it again tonight.
