Ran/walked 6 miles this morning. Felt good to get it done but my legs sure were heavy. did really well on food yesterday - wanted a snack last night and had celery sticks and grapes. Good to have healthy choices in the fridge!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 168.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
