A few days into the low carb diet and lost inches not lbs... can't do much exercise- sprained ankle and hip op have to be taken into account- so walking is being done some days
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
