Recording an honest weigh in today - had a horrible week food wise and the scale was a lot worse a few days ago. Weekend exercise has softened the blow - now on to a better week!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1220 kcal Fat: 30.50g | Prot: 72.52g | Carb: 208.87g.   Breakfast: psyllium husks powder, Activia Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, Fat free milk, kelloggs all bran, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , sweet and low. Lunch: Light Wheat Bread, 97% Fat Free Sliced Honey Ham, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Fat Free Sun-dried Tomato And Oregano Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, yellow squash, zucchini, yorkshire pudding, roast beef. Snacks/Other: banana. more...
