That diet break is having a positive benefit for the metabolism. Not a crazy feeding frenzy just a little more relaxed eating. Recently had me RMR tested again. Still have a good caloric burn.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 118.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
