Day 1...after what feels like a million days of lockdown... Eating my feelings away/pure boredom and now takeout is available. Deleted ubereats and Mr delivery coz I don't need temptation. Started my day off with 7km walk 🎉
My plan is to eat "healthy"/reduce portions a bit, take note of everything I consume, exercise 3-5 times a week and drink tons of water plus 16:8.first goal is to get under 100kg...
