Sugars going crazy on me, not sure why. Under 20 carbs the last 3 day and still getting numbers in the 150s.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

stress and panic can bring sugars up, glad I saw your post as I haven't had my needle yet, so thank you for your post, I was put onto BYDUREON and have been able to keep my blood sugars under control since 2018, it is suposed to help with controlling your appetite as well and is not insulin but helps the pancreas produce it's own

Protein can influence higher blood sugars.
