It finally started moving down only if prior that weight in I eat less than 900 calories. This body of mine is a bitch. However I did notice that clothes fits much looser. So I’m gonna give that a credit and continue losing it slower as I don’t want lots of sagging skin.
178.9 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
