I’m back to where I started in October. I figured out my pattern and what triggered me to eat again was toxic relationship. Now is perfect timing to do what I needed to do first. And that is to love myself. This far I’m successful 😁🍓🥳🤩
179.8 lb Lost so far: 33.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
