So trying again Pierre Dukan diet on my first phase day 8 I chose to do first phase for 10 days cause the goal I’m trying to achieve is more than 70 lbs. I feel great eating less though than the norm. Plus vitamins cause it’s not enough of them in the diet especially on the first week. Reminds me of keto but it all just variations. I can’t really do anything fatty, cause it just makes me feel gross. So I try steam all my food or broil. I was 189.8lbs when I started and now 8 days later 183.2lbs. My calories never went above 1000 cal per day though. Surprisingly I’ve never felt hungry if I would, I’d eat more. I’m going strictly by how I feel and not gonna be as restrictive.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
