I hope this is water weight. I was REALLY good yesterday!!!!!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The rest is a challenge. I have good days and bad days. Today's been a really rough day. I just keep reminding myself that I'm the caretaker and I can't possibly feel half as bad as the family members I'm caring for (adult daughter and husband). Today started out with turning the corner onto the main boulevard to see my cell phone and 2 Samsung Tablets go flying off the roof of my car. *sigh* This too will pass.
