Well here's the way to lose weight- have a goat's cheese and tomato tart.... It caused me to have a stomach upset that lasted for 4 days and lost me 2lbs!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
