this is such an embarrassing number. I haven't been on my diet since the week before thanksgiving. I guess this is what I get for that. Oh well, my new year's resolution--get back to the 140s to 130s.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
