I had a few moments of weakness during my first week of my version of the sacred heart diet.I felt guilty, but I woke up the next day and kept pushing through it. I can do this!!!!!!
305.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
