ekaterini's Journal, 16 December 2019

I have the book, so I am willing to try it, and be sensible about it. I really want to incorporate, a lot of different ways and strategies with it. It can easily be combined with weight watchers, and the Mediterranean diet. I am willing to try it. I wish I had a picture. Can I add a picture later, or as I go, on here, perhaps? It has been such as struggle. I do not want to dwell on it, and Christmas time Holidays, are the most challenging of all. I would like to go back to the doctors office, for a weight loss group. It is absolutely, free, and I think it can motivate me and keep me on track. I am so tired of this yo-you cycling with my weight. I now have issues with my eyes, as well. And, the weight is just one more thing on top, of everything else! Good luck to me, and to everyone, really. And, I will try to do my best with it. The exercise, is one of my biggest challenge. I do have a treadmill, and I really do need, to make, use of it. I am already there, at the finish line.:)
