WELL I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I MUST HAVE HAD A LOT OF
1:WATER RETENTION,
2;SCALES NOT WEIGHED RIGHT
3;OR THECAMBRIDGE DIET S AWSOME!
BUT I CAN'T BELIVE THE WEIGHT LOSS MIND YOU I DID DRINK THREE LARGE CUPS OF DIET COKE FROM SUBWAY REFILL FOR FREE!
DID MY CAMBRIDGE PORRIDGE MORN
FULL TOMATO CAM. SOUP DINNER
AND TINY VEG STIR FRY (WITH HOT PEPPER SAUCE)!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
