I have been to Portugal for a week- result I put on more weight! It doesn't help with this ankle injury that I have and the food that you don't cook yourself. Plus I own up to eating those lovely cakes at least 1 a day- so what can I expect. The weather here is definitely autumnal, misty and cool which means I won't be going out much so will have to find some other exercise I can do indoors that doesn't give me pain.....
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
