I have to really make some efforts to go down from here to 128 which I very much want to do. With Lent beginning this week, I have some time to really commit to some changes. I think I will eshew alcohol at home--that will be difficult for me to start--I have to pray about it. Exercise is great--no problem--need to get outside more for my spirit. That is on the list of changes for this week.
