i had tried noom and it was expensive and i did not like it that much it is only on the phone i like being able to record on pc also. recipies were not nearly as good as ww and it was basically the ww progam nothing new under tne sun. there were some good tricks and tips and i liked having that on my phone but i was so busyi never had time to read them and keep up.... losing battle. missed myh fc community im back! just newly diagnsoed with second type of cancer chronic lymphocytic leukemia. the "L" word was scary to hear but i think i'll be ok. need to go back for close follow up in 3 months. need to lose weight too i have big time knee issues and osteoporosis problems. its all been rearing its ugly head all at once. my body seemsto be breaking down all at once. i'm only 62...i want to keep on going for a long time. need a knee replacement maybe both done .... hard to exercise now with the knee pain. one day at a time. !
218.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
