that's actually a significant loss. yesterday I was 154.6. I gained a bunch after my daughter's birthday party this weekend. i'm doing good losing it. I got up to 155 after that.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
