I will just count and then the odd week to get a bit further down the scale (do a three day diet)on the cambridge diet

1257 kcal Fat: 30.98g | Prot: 58.94g | Carb: 200.91g.   Breakfast: Sweet 'N Low, PEAR, porridge sultana , cranberry and raisins. Lunch: baby tomatoes 2/3rds cup? 6 small?, tabasco sauce, red onion, baby zuchini, garlic(lazy garlic type pre done), BROCCOLI, olive oil herb, spices , spices. Dinner: CABBAGE, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), PEPPERS, RED ONION, SPICEY CAJUN. Snacks/Other: weight watchers lemon cheese cake1/2, diet pepsi, FRENCH FRIES CRISPS, go ahead, BUTTER, BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, carrot,  lilt zero,  muller light VANILLA flavour, weight watchers banoffee. more...
